As a first time home buyer I really had no clue going into this process. Lisa was extremely helpful and made the process so easy. I was very specific in what I was looking for and I was willing to wait. Lisa and I toured approximately 50 houses before finding the one. Unfortunately we were outbid, but Lisa was able to secure an identical home several doors down. She handled all of the behind the scenes work with ease which made the purchase process much easier.
